Lincoln Electric No. 2 on this list of Ohio companies with biggest stock gains last week

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Stock prices for 10 major Ohio companies increased by at least 2% last week.

This was led by the clinical research organization Medpace Holdings Inc. in Cincinnati, which increased 20%, or $265.25 a share.

Below is a listing of the Ohio companies with the 10 biggest gains, by percent, courtesy of IEX Cloud and Stacker. Stocks are ranked by percent price change from Feb. 9 to Feb. 16.

The listing is limited to stocks primarily based in Ohio, listed on the Russell 3000 membership list, and with a market cap of over $5 billion on Apr. 14, 2023.

This week’s top 10 includes three Cleveland-Akron area companies: Transdigm Group, Progressive and Lincoln Electric Holdings.
