CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Relations of Tamia Chappman spoke publicly on Thursday about their ongoing seek for accountability in a December 2019 police chase that ended with the demise of the 13-year-old woman.

Throughout their press convention, the attorneys mentioned Chappman’s household intends on asking for $20 million from the town of Cleveland as restitution.
