CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Police confirmed a duo of catalytic converter theft suspects are on the free, and detectives need assistance figuring out them.
Two males parked their white SUV subsequent to a different automobile within the 4100 block of W. twentieth Avenue and stole the catalytic converter at 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 7, in accordance with police.
