Driver arrested after hitting Cleveland police officer, fleeing crash
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland police stated a driver has been arrested after hitting an officer and fleeing the crash.
The collision came about round 2:30 a.m. Saturday close to East thirteenth Road and St. Clair Avenue.
In accordance with police, the officer was directing visitors close to a nightclub when the crash came about.
Cleveland police stated the motive force was arrested for felonious assault and OVI after Shaker Heights police tracked her down.
The officer was not severely injured, in response to police.
