Cleveland State Men’s Tennis Closes Out Action At ITA Midwest Regional

URBANA, In poor health. – The Cleveland State males’s tennis workforce closed out play on the ITA Midwest Regional Saturday, with Maxime Mareschal-Hay and Mikael Erler each advancing to the second spherical of the Primary Singles Draw.

Throughout the first spherical, Mareschal-Hay earned a 4-6, 6-4, 6-1 victory over Michigan State’s Max Sheldon, whereas Erler picked up a 6-7, 6-4, 7-6 win towards Peter Kuszynski of Western Michigan.

Mareschal-Hay and Erler then dropped straight set selections in each of their second spherical matches.

This marked the second straight yr that Mareschal-Hay has superior to the second spherical of the Primary Singles Draw on the ITA Midwest Regional, whereas it marks the primary time that Erler has gained a spherical within the singles draw.
