Cleveland police find missing 10-year-old boy

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland police mentioned a 10-year-old boy who went lacking early Monday was discovered secure.

Jo’el Hardy left his house within the 1100 block of E. 169th Road on foot and was discovered at hiding at his grandmother’s home a number of hours later.
