Child hospitalized after Cleveland hit-skip crash, suspect arrested later
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – An 11-year-old woman suffered two damaged legs when she was struck by a automotive close to Cleveland’s Kinsman neighborhood Wednesday night.
