Caught on camera: Good Samaritans help Willoughby officer subdue uncooperative driver

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Willoughby police chief is praising a gaggle of residents who helped an officer that was coping with a defiant driver throughout a weekend visitors cease.

Based on police, the feminine officer pulled over the rushing driver, later recognized as 64-year-old David Koubeck, on Sept. 10 on Misplaced Nation Highway.

Koubeck will be seen in video offered by the Willoughby Police Division exiting his car earlier than opening the rear driver’s facet door.

When the officer requested the Mentor man to get out of the road, police stated he grew to become agitated and pointed a gesture in her face.

“I’m not sitting,” Koubeck yelled on the officer.

Koubeck continued to refuse the officer’s orders, which led to a bodily wrestle.

After the incident, the Willoughby police officer was evaluated for minor accidents at an space hospital.
