Kevin Agee, an inmate at Lake Erie Correctional Establishment in Ashtabula County, died at College Hospitals Cleveland Medical Middle on Jan. 4, based on the Ohio Division of Rehabilitation & Correction and Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Workplace information.

Agee, 37, was convicted in a 2010 drive-by capturing that claimed the lifetime of Thomas Repchic and injured his spouse, 74-year-old Jacqueline Repchic.
