$1M bond for driver Cleveland police say ‘intentionally’ ran over man

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 49-year-old man accused of hitting and killing a person by working him over together with his pick-up truck earlier this month, is being held on a $1 million greenback bond on the Cuyahoga County Jail.

Marlon Hale was taken into custody by Middleburg Heights police on Nov. 10.

Based on Cleveland police, Hale ran over his ex-girlfriend’s present boyfriend round 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8.

The accident happened around 8:30 a.m. at E. 152nd and S. Waterloo Road.

The lady instructed police her ex-boyfriend had assaulted her after which adopted her to the BP Fuel Station in he 500 block of E. 152nd Avenue.

Hale then allegedly struck the sufferer together with his truck, dragged him onto E. 152nd Avenue and ran him over, earlier than fleeing the scene.

The sufferer, Irving Fincher, 49, of Cleveland Heights, died from his accidents.
