1 dead, 1 injured after Cleveland apartment fire, officials say

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – One man died and one other was injured following a Friday morning home hearth close to town’s Broadway-Slavic Village neighborhood.

The fireplace was first reported at roughly 9:30 a.m. on July 15 in an residence unit on Fleet Avenue close to East 57th Avenue.

A 62-year-old man was taken to MetroHealth Medical Heart in essential situation and died from his accidents, in keeping with the Cleveland Division of Hearth.
