JUNEAU, Wis. — Authorities in Wisconsin say the chilly case of “Child Theresa” has been solved after 13 years.

Dodge County authorities stated Friday that DNA samples from the child helped them establish the mom as Karin Luttinen of Milwaukee. She’s charged with concealing the dying of a kid.

“13 years in the past, authorities in Dodge County discovered a deceased child close to the village of Theresa.
