Pedestrian struck by hit-and-run driver fleeing traffic stop on Michigan Avenue, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) — Chicago police say a pedestrian was struck by a hit-and-run driver on the Magazine Mile Thursday night time.

In response to police, somebody driving a white Mercedes tried to drive away from a visitors cease close to Michigan Avenue and Ohio Road round 8:45 p.m.

The motive force then struck a parked automotive, colliding with a constructing and later struck the pedestrian, police stated.

Police stated the individuals who have been within the then ran from the scene.

The 38-year-old male sustained accidents to his leg and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in good situation, in accordance with police.
