Man stabbed in robbery at CTA Green Line station, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) — A person was stabbed throughout a theft on a CTA Inexperienced Line platform on the Close to South Facet Wednesday night time, police stated.

The 26-year-old sufferer was on the Cermak-McCormick Place station at about 10 p.m. when police stated he was approached by three suspects who demanded his property.

The sufferer then bought right into a bodily altercation with all three suspects and one among them produced a knife and stabbed the sufferer in the correct arm, police stated.

The suspects ran off with the sufferer’s property whereas police stated the sufferer transported himself to Northwestern Memorial Hospital after realizing he had a puncture wound. The sufferer is in good situation, police stated.

Nobody is in custody. Space Three detectives are investigating.
