Chicago shootings leave 3 teens injured in Calumet Heights, Englewood

CHICAGO (WLS) — A pair of shootings Tuesday night time have left three youngsters injured, Chicago police stated.

A 16-year-old boy and 14-year-old woman have been each shot inside a storage within the Calumet Heights neighborhood, police stated.

The teenagers have been within the storage within the 2400-block of East 93rd Road at about 11:03 p.m. after they heard pictures and felt ache, police stated.

The boy was shot a number of instances within the legs and the woman was shot within the legs and as soon as within the hand. Each have been transported to Comer Kids’s Hospital

The storage door was closed on the time of the capturing and shell casings have been discovered within the alley, police stated.

In a separate capturing within the Englewood neighborhood, a 14-year-old boy was severely wounded, police stated.

The sufferer was within the 6800-block of South Regular Avenue at about 10:37 p.m. when police stated two suspects obtained out of a automobile and began firing on the sufferer. The suspects then returned to their vehicles and fled the scene, police stated.

The boy was shot a number of instances within the legs and transported to Comer Kids’s Hospital in critical situation, police stated.

Nobody is in custody.
