Chicago Film Office director beaten, car stolen in Heart of Chicago, CPD says

CHICAGO (WLS) — The director of the Chicago Movie Workplace, Kwame Amoaku, was attacked and overwhelmed final week by a bunch of three, who later stole his automotive.

Chicago police stated the 51-year-old was within the 2100-block of West twenty second Place on Wednesday, March 30, at about 7:45 a.m. when he was approached by the three males. There was a confrontation, and the three battered him with objects.

They then fled in a ready grey Dodge Caravan, police stated, solely to return just a few moments later to proceed their assault.

The males took the Amoaku’s private belongings, together with bank cards which have been then utilized by the suspects. They later returned to the scene and stole his automotive, CPD stated.
