CHICAGO (WLS) — Planning to fireside up the grill this Memorial Day weekend? Chef Dominique Leach with Lexington Betty’s Smokehouse has some suggestions and recipes to remember.

Leach’s companies is a narrative of survival after her meals truck was set on hearth in entrance of her dwelling in 2017. However after laborious work and dedication, she’s now it is taken over a former meals corridor in Pullman at 756 E 111th Avenue.
