NexPoint Real Estate Finance said its board declared a special dividend of $0.185 per share of common stock, as well as a regular quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share of common stock.
The dividends will be payable on Sept. 29 to stockholders of record on Sept. 15.
In April, the real estate investment trust declared an $0.185 per share special dividend on its common stock, along with the regular quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share.
