Glenwoodopoly: A Homebuyers Guide to Financial Freedom
PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Buying a home can be a daunting task in this financial climate. Especially if you’re going into the market without the knowledge to do so. This is why the Lead Coalition is educating future homebuyers before they spend their dollars in the housing market.
Earlier today the Lead Coalition hosted its 3rd annual Glenwoodoploy at the Bay County Fairgrounds.
During the event, anyone interested in buying their first home or even an additional property was presented with information on how to do so.
Several booths lined the fairgrounds from realtors and lenders to health care providers, ready to present information and answer questions from potential buyers.
C-SPAR has been the presenting sponsor for Glenwoodoploy for the past two years and officials said they hope to come back next year.
“There’s a lot of people who just are not informed and have never been through the process before,” said Parker Nelson, CSPAR’s communications coordinator. “So we want to come here with as much information as possible to inform them.”
The information presented at this fair wasn’t exclusive to Glenwood residents. People throughout Bay County came to gain information about making their next move in the housing market their best move.
