Tiger 3 Review, USA Premiere Report
First Half Report:
Tiger 3 has a pretty average first half. Right from the start, it launches into action episodes with intermittent drama. A couple of other action blocks are passable at best, lacking genuine highs. The second half needs to be more riveting and deliver big.
