Jussie Smollett’s new song asks, ‘You think I’m stupid enough to kill my reputation?’

Jussie Smollett has launched a defiant new track opposing the result of his Chicago trial, throughout which he was convicted on prices of staging a hate crime and sentenced to 150 days in jail.

On Friday, the previous “Empire” star shared a lyric video for “Thank You God” by way of Instagram and introduced that each one earnings from the tune can be donated to organizations uplifting Black, LGBTQ+ and wrongfully incarcerated individuals. Beneficiaries of the discharge embrace the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, Safe the Bag Security and the Illinois Innocence Challenge.
