The “Nope” director gently shut down a Twitter consumer who requested whether or not Peele may rightly declare that title after favorable opinions for his latest movie, in addition to Peele’s earlier hits, 2019’s “Us” and 2017’s “Get Out.”
“I do know it is a scorching take however at what level can we declare Jordan Peele the most effective horror director of all time?,” artist Adam Ellis recently tweeted. “Are you able to consider one other horror director that had 3 nice movies, not to mention 3 in a row? I can not.”
Peele responded with “Sir, please put the cellphone down I urge you.”
“Sorry. I like your enthusiasm however, I’ll simply not tolerate any John Carpenter slander!!!,” he tweeted.
“Nope” is an alien invasion horror thriller which reunites Peele along with his “Get Out” star Daniel Kaluuya.
Peele gained the Academy Award for greatest authentic screenplay for “Get Out” in 2018.
