Man arrested after missing 13-year-old from Kentucky found safe in Maryland
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A man is now in police custody after a 13-year-old girl from Kentucky, who had been missing for more than two months, was found safely in Maryland’s Montgomery County area on Friday.
The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) said Wynter Wagoner, of Rockcastle County, Ky., was found on Dec. 26, inside a home in the 12000 block of Dalewood Drive in Silver Spring.

Wagoner was last seen on Oct. 14, and authorities in Kentucky had been searching for her since her disappearance.
According to police, 4th District officers were called just before 6 p.m. after receiving a tip that the missing girl might be in Montgomery County. Officers responded alongside deputies with the U.S. Marshals Service.
Inside the home, law enforcement found Wagoner along with Christian Alexander Delgado, 37. Delgado was taken into custody without incident, police said.
