Turkish Cypriots protest over what they say is Turkey's introduction of Islam into education system
Several thousand demonstrators gathered in the northern half of the ethnically divided capital of Nicosia to protest against what they say is an attempt by Turkey to erode their secular roots and strengthen the hold of political Islam over their society.
