Photos: Horror at Russia school as gunman kills 13 people
No less than 13 individuals have been killed, together with seven youngsters, after a gunman opened hearth at a college in Izhevsk metropolis, 960km (600 miles) east of the capital Moscow, authorities mentioned.
Russia’s Investigative Committee recognized the gunman as 34-year-old Artyom Kazantsev, a graduate of the varsity that he attacked. He shot himself useless at College No. 88 in Izhevsk, situated west of the Ural Mountains within the Udmurt area, authorities mentioned on Monday.
Alexander Brechalov, the governor of Udmurt, mentioned the gunman was a resident of Izhevsk who was registered at a psychoneurological dispensary.
“There are ideas that he adhered to the Nazi ideology, as a result of he was in a T-shirt with Nazi symbols, in a balaclava,” Brechalov mentioned.
