CHEYENNE — Wyoming is the last of the 50 states not to offer immunity for drug overdose reporting. On Wednesday, the Senate Labor, Health and Social Services Committee voted 4-1 in favor of offering people reporting an overdose limited immunity, approving Senate File 74, “Immunity for drug overdose reporting,” and sending it back to the full Senate for consideration.
