Man from Wyoming county sentenced to one to 15 years
 
PINEVILLE, W.Va. (WVVA) – 50 year old, Allen Ray Adams pled guilty and was convicted to one felony count of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine on February 7, 2024.
On April 7, 2023, West Virginia Southern Regional Drug Tasks Force along with officers from the Wyoming Sheriff’s Office, conducted a search warrant at Adams home.
During the search, multiple controlled buys were confirmed.
On March 6, Adams was sentenced to one to fifteen years. Josh Miller is an Assistant Wyoming County Prosecutor and the lead prosecutor for the case. He said officers will continue to work on cases such as this one.
“While this guilty plea marks a significant victory, it also serves as a reminder that our work is far from over,” said Miller. “We will continue to be relentless in our efforts to dismantle drug networks and hold accountable those who choose to exploit our community for their personal gain.”
