RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – Winter Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Warnings remain in effect across the Black Hills and Wyoming into midday Wednesday.

Accumulating snow will impact these spots and create difficult driving conditions this evening and for your Wednesday morning commute. Allow for extra time to get to your destination safely.

The highest accumulations will be across the northern Black Hills, where up to a foot is likely, with isolated higher amounts possible.

After a chilly Wednesday, temperatures will be closer to average for Halloween. We will be slightly above normal Friday, through the weekend and into early next week with highs in the 50s.
