Russia ready for high-level talks with U.S. if Washington willing -foreign ministry
Nov 18 (Reuters) – Russia is prepared for high-level conferences with the US concerning strategic stability if Washington is prepared, Moscow’s deputy international minister Sergei Ryabkov was quoted in state media as saying on Friday.
He additionally mentioned Russia doesn’t rule out new contacts with the US after upcoming talks in Cairo on the New START nuclear arms treaty.
