In his ready remarks for the Home Committee on Oversight and Reform on Wednesday, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell says the Washington Commanders’ office tradition has undergone a “substantial transformation” because the NFL-sponsored investigation, led by legal professional Beth Wilkinson, into the group.
“It’s clear to me that the office in Washington was unprofessional and unacceptable in quite a few respects: bullying, widespread disrespect towards colleagues, use of demeaning language, public embarrassment, and harassment,” Goodell’s ready remarks learn, partially. “Furthermore, for a protracted time frame the Commanders had a woefully poor HR perform, significantly with respect to reporting practices and recordkeeping.”
