Centerville-Washington Park District shares collection sites for broken holiday lights

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP — The Centerville-Washington Park district will likely be gathering outdated, non-working, or damaged Christmas lights from individuals who stay in Centerville and Washington Township.

Lights could be dropped off at any of the next areas till February 1, based on the park district’s web site.

Drop-off areas:

  • CWPD headquarters constructing at Exercise Heart Park, 221 N. Predominant St.
  • CWPD operations constructing, 354 Congress Park Dr.
  • Smith Home at Invoice Yeck Park, 2230 E. Centerville Station Rd.
  • Kennard Nature Nook at Grant Park, 6588 McEwen Rd.
  • Robert F. Mays Park, 10553 Paragon Rd.
  • Schoolhouse Park, 1875 Nutt Rd.

String lights would be the solely lights collected, and they need to be in unfastened bundles. The park districts ask folks to not drop off lights in luggage or bins.
