WATCH: Utah trooper stops wrong-way driver head-on along I-215

SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) – Dashcam footage caught a Utah trooper dealing with a disoriented wrong-way driver head-on in Salt Lake County on Wednesday.

Utah Freeway Patrol (UHP) launched footage from a trooper’s dashcam because the wrong-way driver is noticed.

Deputies say the incident occurred on I-215 round 1 a.m. early Wednesday morning. Officers say the motive force was an aged one who turned disoriented through the incident.

Dispatch acquired calls reporting a wrong-way driver touring northbound within the southbound lanes on I-215 west.
