Opinion: Utah has the No. 1 economy — but at what cost?

I actually appreciated a current letter by Steven Jones, “Utah must cease prioritizing financial progress over its personal individuals.”

For years our state leaders have inspired new companies to find in our desert state, creating one of the best economic system within the nation — however our builders can’t sustain with the housing wants. And our desert state’s restricted water provide is threatened. It was apparent that the speed of enterprise progress would finally trigger our present issues. However the resolution is straightforward: Our Legislature must cease giving monetary incentives to new companies to allow them to develop extra naturally.  

In a Deseret Information article “Lease management? Go away the free market be?
