North Ogden shooting and house fire leaves 2 dead, 1 hospitalized

NORTH OGDEN — Two individuals are useless and one is hospitalized after photographs had been fired and a home caught hearth in North Ogden on Thursday.

North Ogden police stated officers responded to a house at 3220 Mountain Highway at 6:30 p.m. after neighbors reported listening to as many as 15 photographs fired.

When officers arrived, Police Chief Dirk Quinney stated a person exited the home and began firing at them, prompting officers to fireside again. The suspect was struck by the gunfire and later confirmed useless.

After the capturing had ended, officers realized the home had caught on hearth, Quinney stated. Witnesses captured pictures and video of the burning constructing, exhibiting smoke and flames capturing out from the roof.
