10:15 PM: Police are investigating gunfire in Excessive Level. No person is reported to have been harm, to this point, however they’re looking for somebody. One texter says they’re within the twenty ninth/Morgan neighborhood; we’d had different stories from the place the gunfire was heard. It’s reported to have occurred round 9:50 pm.
