Seattle PD: 2 men injured in pickaxe, baseball bat fight
SEATTLE – Seattle Police are investigating after two males had been injured in a combat involving a baseball bat and a pickaxe.
In keeping with police, a 24-year-old was leaving his residence constructing within the Yesler Terrace when one other tenet shoulder-checked him and accused him of creating unfavourable statements a couple of member of the family.
The 24-year-old seen his neighbor had a pickaxe and “was gesturing as if he was going to swing on the sufferer,” based on police.
The 24-year-old went again into his unit, armed himself with a baseball bat, and tried to go away once more. He encountered the suspect in a stairwell, and the suspect started swinging the pickaxe at him, police mentioned.
In the course of the combat, the suspect struck the sufferer with the pickaxe, fracturing his arm.
The sufferer swung his bat on the suspect, putting him within the head. Because the suspect fell to the bottom, his pickaxe slipped out of his grasp and onto the ground.
Officers discovered the pickaxe suspect on the toilet ground of his personal residence in a pool of blood, apparently from his head harm.

The suspect is being handled at Harborview Medical Heart and is below hospital guard.
