Police investigating ‘unattended item’ left at Sea-Tac Airport
SEATAC, Wash. – Police are investigating an unattended merchandise left at Seattle-Tacoma Worldwide Airport.
In accordance with Port of Seattle spokesperson Peter McGraw, a bag was left unattended within the airport’s ticketing stage, which led police to conduct an investigation. The higher drive and departure lanes have been closed on the airport whereas officers examine.
Authorities say vacationers could also be rerouted at departures and ticketing.
Officers say there is no such thing as a menace and there may be nothing suspicious. This investigation is out of an abundance of warning.
McGraw says the airport stays open and working. For a short while, nonetheless, a number of individuals took to Twitter saying visitors was at a standstill and that there was a large police presence.
