Norwegian cruise ship strikes iceberg off Alaskan coast, limps back to Seattle for repairs
Norwegian Solar, a Norwegian Cruise Line ship, struck an iceberg off of the Alaskan Coast Saturday. The ship initially launched out of Seattle and is predicted to return, forward of schedule, Thursday for repairs.

The ship has been granted permission to sail again to Seattle from the U.S. Coast Guard, albeit at a diminished pace.

The ship had initially deliberate to dock at Skagway, Alaska, however that leg of the journey has been canceled, in accordance with Norweigan Cruise Line.
