SEATTLE — Councilmember Dan Strauss has confirmed he’ll search re-election to the Seattle metropolis council.

Strauss introduced his plans to hunt a second time period on Wednesday.

The incumbent councilmember represents District 6, which incorporates northwest Seattle neighborhoods equivalent to Ballard, Greenlake and Magnolia.
