Twitter Inc. was sued for failing to pay $136,250 in lease for its workplace house in San Francisco.

The owner, Columbia Reit – 650 California LLC, says it notified Twitter on Dec. 16 that it might be in default on its lease for the thirtieth ground of the Hartford Constructing in 5 days until the lease was paid.

The tenant did not comply, Columbia Reit mentioned within the criticism, filed Thursday in state court docket in San Francisco.

Twitter hasn’t paid lease on its headquarters, or any of its different international workplaces, in weeks, the New York Instances reported on December 13. The corporate was additionally sued earlier this month for refusing to pay for 2 constitution flights.
