SAN JOSE — A 43-year-old San Jose man has been arrested in reference to an assault and carjacking throughout a dispute with a meals vendor.

San Jose police mentioned the incident happened round 10:40 a.m. close to the 1400 block of Outdated Bayshore Hwy.
