Man arrested for robbing a bank in South San Francisco
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — South San Francisco Police arrested a person Friday for robbing a financial institution, the police division stated. A police report named the suspect as Julio Cesar Rodarte, 37, who was later arrested.
The report stated police have been known as to the 300 block of Linden Avenue for a financial institution theft. The suspect approached a teller and demanded money. After receiving the cash, he fled on foot.
Officers discovered Rodarte on the five hundred block of Cypress Avenue. He was in possession of the stolen cash and threatened to bodily hurt officers, the police report stated. Rodarte was arrested on prices of theft, obstructing and threatening a police officer, and parole violation.
