Monday is Deadline to Register to Vote by Mail in San Diego County

Those that need to vote by mail within the June 7 gubernatorial main should register by Monday to obtain ballots, San Diego County officers mentioned Friday.

Voters could register on-line till midnight. If a possible voter’s signature might be confirmed by way of data on the California Division of Motor Autos, the registration will routinely be despatched to the Registrar’s workplace.

If it’s not confirmed, print the voter type, signal it and return it to the Registrar’s workplace by 5 p.m. Monday or have it postmarked by Monday.

For in-person voting, residents could go to the Registrar’s workplace in Kearny Mesa or go to a vote middle beginning Saturday to conditionally register and vote provisionally by way of Election Day.

Those that have to register to vote:

  • individuals who aren’t registered in San Diego County
  • have just lately moved
  • or modified their names.

Early voting is already underway on the Registrar’s workplace from 8 a.m. to five p.m. Monday by way of Friday.
