WEST COVINA, Calif. — A 25-year-old West Covina man who fell down a cliff in coastal Oregon and was swept away by waves over the weekend has been discovered lifeless, authorities stated.

Henry Minh Hoang was climbing past a security fence Saturday in Cape Kiwanda State Pure Space when he slipped and tumbled about 20 toes all the way down to the water’s edge, Oregon State Police stated Monday.

“The sufferer was reportedly knocked unconscious from the autumn and was swept into the ocean by the waves,” a police assertion stated.
