Oregon women’s basketball coach Kelly Graves puts Eugene home up for sale
Oregon Ducks women’s basketball coach Kelly Graves is selling his family’s Eugene home.
The 3,802-square-foot dwelling in the University neighborhood is priced at $1,375,000, according to listings posted Saturday by real estate agent Teresa Moshofsky. Graves purchased the home for $785,000 in 2014, when he was hired by the Ducks.
Graves is under contract with Oregon through 2029, but the Ducks are coming off the worst season of his tenure that included a last-place finish in the Pac-12 and a 14-game losing streak. The motivation for selling the Eugene property is unclear, and Graves did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Oregonian/OregonLive on Saturday.
The Graves family also owns property along the golf course at Black Butte Ranch — a private resort community outside of Sisters, Oregon, just under a two-hour drive from Eugene.
The Eugene home was built in 2005 and includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms across two levels. There are laundry rooms and kitchens on both levels with a separate entrance available for each level, and a primary en-suite on the main floor that includes a “huge” shower, soaking tub, dual sinks and a walk-in closet, among other features.
Until last year, Graves made it a Halloween tradition to transform his two-car garage into a neighborhood haunted house. He gave a tour to local TV reporters in 2022.
