Oregon football practice observations: Nishad Strother returns, Jestin Jacobs absent
Oregon offensive lineman Nishad Strother returned while linebacker Jestin Jacobs was absent again from practice.
Strother, who has missed the first two games of the season due to a right arm injury, was with the Ducks for practice Tuesday morning at the Hatfield-Dowlin Complex. He was not in a non-contact jersey and wore cleats, but did not go through an early chute drill with the other offensive linemen.
Jacobs, who has also missed the first two games due to injury, attended practice last week and traveled to Texas Tech but did not play.
