BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — Another round of snow and ice led to more school closures and delays around the High Desert on Friday morning.

The Sisters and Jefferson County 509J school districts were closed due to road conditions, as was Redmond Proficiency Academy.

The Redmond School District announced it “will be on a 2 hour delay this morning due to inclement weather conditions. If you feel these conditions are unsafe for travel, we respect your decision to keep your students at home for the day. If you choose to keep your student home, please contact your student’s school to report their absence. All buses and school start times will be 2 hours later than usual.”
