Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Wednesday put pen to a bill creating a $75 million state fund for organizations throughout New Mexico looking to access the billions in federal infrastructure dollars flowing through legislation like the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act.
