Gun reform bills move forward in Nevada Legislature

Two gun reform payments are heading to the Senate Ground within the Nevada Legislature after transferring out of committee Friday afternoon. 

Meeting Payments 354 and 355 have been clumped collectively in as we speak’s movement.

AB 354 would prohibit the possession of firearms inside 100 yards of an election web site.

AB 355 would make it unlawful for these beneath 21-years-old to have a semiautomatic shotgun or semiautomatic centerfire riffle.

Each payments have been led by Democratic Las Vegas Meeting Majority Ground Chief Sandra Jauregui.

Final month, Republican Assemblywoman Danielle Gallant advised us that Nevada republicans are dedicated to defending the second modification.
