Distracted driving in Nevada
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Local law enforcement is responding to more and more crashes on the road and campaigns across Nevada are reminding safety.
Distracted driving is anything that takes your attention away from driving.
That can include talking, texting, eating and drinking, talking to others, and using the stereo or navigation system.
According to Zero Fatalities Nevada, men 26 – 30 years old were the largest number of victims in distracted driving crashes.

58% of distracted driver fatalities only involved one vehicle.
However, crashes between a vehicle and a pedestrian or cyclist were reported more than any other type.
